John's sister Marcie told us about a light display that Duane & family had gone to see. If you are looking for a fun & funny musical animated light show, you should head up to 3107 S. Glenrose Road (basically Glenrose & 31st). The show goes from 5 to 10 p.m. nightly thru Dec. 31. Includes Porky (as in "the pig"), Chics, Dominic, Leaping Pigs, and new this year, Fog Horn and the Tree Pig all sing and dance. More than 66,000 lights are controlled by 392 computerized LOR channels (whatever that means!!). But you tune your radio to 99.7 FM so that you can hear the music that is choreographed with the lights. We enjoyed making this excursion. And specifically went on Thursday before the big storm that was predicted for the weekend.
