We had a nice evening at Steve and Angela's to celebrate New Year's Eve. We watched movies, had some fabulous caramel popcorn and then played some Wii bowling to ring in the new year. Thanks for having us over!!
CARAMEL POPCORN
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Popped corn
Stir butter, sugar & Karo in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Add milk and vanilla. Cook to soft ball stage. Pour over popped corn.
