Our ward had their Adult Christmas Dinner this evening and had asked various couples to each host a table. We were asked to do a table and bring our china, a centerpiece, a salad to share, set up our table earlier in the day and then serve & clear dishes from our table throughout the evening, pack up our dishes and wash them at home. The menu was Cheez-It Chicken, baked potatoes, green beans, homemade rolls and then cheesecake for dessert along with the salad we made. We were able to have Judy & Vern Black, Jennet & Ed Siniff and Laura & Larry Stevens sit at our table and we had a wonderful time! After the meal there was a sing along (12 days of Christmas, each table was one of the days) and then a nice program by the Mattoon's & Erickson's. A couple of my favs were "I'll Be Home for Christmas" with Ariel singing (she just got home from college) and a funny rendition of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. Overall a very nice evening!
