BOSTON MARKET CORNBREAD
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix (8.5oz size)
1 box yellow cake mix (18.5oz size)
5 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
