My mom's birthday is 7/6, so I figured we needed some type of cake or cupcake to celebrate during the potluck. I found this cute idea on a couple of blogs and thought it turned out festive.
All you do is make a French vanilla cake mix. Then divide the batter into three bowls. Color one red & one blue & leave the third plain. Then spoon each color into cupcake liners & bake according to the package directions.
